No single place to see the feedback and status, as the customer don’t have any application to track this.	qBotica created a Power Automate flow which triggers the process on email arrival. The custom logic in the flow verifies the job code and attachment and then update the details in SharePoint Based on job code and availability of panel, will schedule the interview. The feedback and other details are updated in SharePoint. Based on these, the flow will continue to schedule subsequent rounds based on pre-defined conditions. The final feedback along with status is sent as email to the HR team for further action
