Making pricing adjustments was not so easy and contractual commitments were not managed easily. The critical data was integrated in more than 900 complicated legal output such as master possession agreements, amendments, addendums and statements of work. Manual extraction and analysis operations lacked consistency, reliability, and they involved a lot of labor and disrupted the normal course of work.	The Financial Services company collaborated with qBotica, a Platinum Certified UiPath Partner to utilize the advanced Artificial Intelligence features of UiPath. Put in place UiPath Document Understanding to extract, interpret and process the data in PDFs, images, handwriting and scans. Supports the use of generative AI to quickly find the necessary information in the form of prompting, with no need to prior train models. Designed and implemented a proof of concept (PoC) to show how the fast, accurate extraction of data could be achieved and it could be scaled to a full production environment.
